Accutane, according to the FDA, can be the source of serious depression for many of its users. It has caused miscarriages (ranging from weeks pregnant to 7 months of gestation). For those cases where pregnancy was not terminated, there has been a high incident of birth defects known as Accutane Babies. If you go to the doctor regularly and you are not concerned with these types of side effects, then this may be the answer you have been looking for. No matter what pregnant women should never use this product, and if anyone else is confident enough to proceed with this acne treatment given the concerns, please do so at your own risk. There are high enough quality products out there to produce long term results that do not risk the damage of almost every aspect of your body. For us, it’s far too big of a risk.
